Nancy Bevill

I was born in northern Ohio, graduated from Ohio State University with a fine art’s teaching degree, and taught junior high art before moving to California in 1968. My former husband and I purchased a small home and prune orchard on Dry Creek Road which is about a mile from the freeway.

I met my husband Duff in 1978 when he discovered a barn on my property that he thought would be the perfect home for an old car restoration project. We married in 1980 and have a blended family of 4 children that were all raised in the Dry Creek Valley. Our daughter Kathy was a recipient of a DCVA scholarship.

I have many interests and especially enjoy gardening, reading, hiking, advocating for our special needs son, and sharing our home with family and friends.

Duff and I have a vineyard management company that was started in 1976. We own 100 acres of vineyards and our company manages over 1000 acres of vineyards in Sonoma County. I have a great respect for the beauty of the area and the vibrant people who live and work in the valley. It will be a pleasure to represent those interests as a board member.
